Abdur Rauf Bhuiyan is a passionate culinary professional chef and proprietor of Master Chef
Institute Bangladesh. With a deep love for food and a vision to improve culinary education in
Bangladesh, Abdur Rauf founded the institute in 2012 to inspire and empower aspiring chefs.
He always tries to make them self-reliant.
From years of experience in the culinary industry, Abdur Rauf brings a wealth of knowledge and
expertise to his role as the proprietor of Master Chef Institute Bangladesh. He was working as
‘Chef the Party’ in Hotel Agrabad, Chittagong in 1985. He worked as a Sous Chef at Asia Pacific
Hotel and Asia Pacific Blossom Hotel. He has also worked as a chef in many countries including
Germany, Saudi Arabia. He specializes in international cuisines like Continental, Chinese, Indian,
Arabian etc. and Cold Kitchen Butchers. He founded the company with the aim of spreading the
culinary arts to everyone and is still working hard.
Its main aim is to create skilled manpower with creativity while maintaining the quality and
tradition of food. In the near future, he wants to build his own restaurant and hotel so that
students can work here to gain more experience after receiving culinary training. By doing this
they will be ready to earn reputation by working in different quality organizations in different
countries.
